Responsibilities

 

• Take initial product requirement created by stakeholders and perform competitive market analysis to validate product positioning and requirements completeness

• Contribute to new product ideation and product roadmap development
• Own the entire SDLC process for the projects
• Run requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders

Full Stack Developer

This position requires collaboration with UX designers, product managers, technical program managers, software engineers and partner teams, necessitating a comfort-level with ambiguity and a desire to create, iterate and improve. You demonstrate exceptional customer relationships skills and love to discover the true requirements underlying feature requests. You enjoy simplifying complex problems and tackling tough challenges.

Responsibilities

 

• Have the ability to work with a design team and translate wireframes into a scalable front end architecture
• Have prior experience in Angular, React and other front end libraries and are eager to learn and grow
• Have strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Have capacity in the development of API-REST
• Understand how to optimize the delivery of code and assets (e.g., images, fonts) to a browser or device (e.g., lazy loading assets, using CDNs, caching, compression, etc.)
• Have solid coding practices including peer code reviews, unit testing, and a preference for agile development
• Have the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization
• Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through launch of the project.

• Experience in developing php frameworks (Laravel, Codeigniter, etc.)
• Deep experience in one or more relevant front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, JQuery, etc.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and adjust in response to customer feedback
• Deep experience in API development
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
